Booking and Cancellation Policy

Pricing and Payment

• Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED).
• Prices may vary based on property size, service type, and special requirements.
• A detailed quote will be provided before service confirmation.
• Payment can be made via cash, bank transfer, or credit card.
• All prices are subject to 5% VAT as applicable.
• We reserve the right to adjust prices with prior notice.

Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee:

• If you're not satisfied with any aspect of our service, contact us within 24 hours.
• We will return to re-clean any areas of concern at no additional cost.
• If we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will issue a refund for that service.

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Ensure safe access to the property for our cleaning team.
• Secure any valuables, sensitive documents, or fragile items before our arrival.
• Inform us of any hazards, security systems, or special requirements.
• Provide access to water, electricity, and parking as needed.
• Be present during service or provide entry instructions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
• We are not responsible for items not properly secured by the customer.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Insurance

We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage including:

• Public liability insurance
• Workers' compensation insurance
• Property damage coverage

In the unlikely event of damage, our insurance will cover verified claims subject to terms and conditions.
